The MP3 are customised “emergency aid” version with a siren and flashing lights, plus medical equipment (life-saving devices such as a defibrillator and an oxygen tank). They are ridden by paramedics to provide pre-hospital first aid.
Magen David Adom is the Israel national Red Cross.
